Raising Hope From The Dead
We believe victory is possible! Recovery Alive is a Christ centered recovery program that helps connect people to victory through Jesus Christ.
Recovery Alive is comprised of large group teaching, share groups, step studies, and sponsors. Recovery Alive Wilson (RAW) takes place on Thursday nights!
Temple Worship focuses on leading the congregation to connect to the presence of God through music and dramatic arts. This ministry uses a variety of instruments, vocalists, and approaches to help people see the beauty of our Savior.
Temple Worship has a pivotal role in the Sunday morning services, but is also a great resource to other ministries such as, Temple Students, Temple Kids, and Temple Tots.
We connect broken people to a Christ-centered community of support by offering free resources and services that address immediate and long-term needs in the areas of abuse, poverty and homelessness. We find solutions to hunger, help people overcome trauma, and provide education through community outreach programs. A place where healing begins and hope is restored.
We place a high value on students in 6th-12th grade connecting to God, others, and purpose. Therefore, we have a student ministry that focuses on teaching truth through God's word while being culturally relevant and developing relationships with students through events, games, food, worship experiences, and service opportunities. Temple Student Ministry (TSM) meets during our weekly Wednesday family night and special events scheduled throughout the year.
The goal of our Temple Kids Ministry is to provide relevant age appropriate learning for kids, grades K-5, that is founded on Scripture and connects them to God, others, and purpose. Volunteers are trained and equipped to connect and pour life into the kids. Temple Kids has game time, snack, worship, large group lesson, and small group breakouts. Temple Kids meets during our weekly Sunday morning worship services and Wednesday family night.
The Temple Tots ministry provides age appropriate learning and care for children from birth to pre-school. This learning focuses on connecting these children to God, others, and purpose. Volunteers are trained and equipped to meet the needs of these precious Tots and point them to Jesus. Temple Tots meets during our weekly Sunday morning worship services and Wednesday family night.
Connecting people is a big part of who we are as a church. Connect Groups focus on helping the people of Temple develop life-giving friendships and connections through food, fun, and opportunity. Connect Groups are made up of a host home, a facilitator, and several families that build impactful relationships.
Connect Groups meet the first Wednesday of every month and also throughout the year for events and service projects.
